About Us
HowNow Consulting is a business strategy and training consultancy. We help you understand your clients better, increasing the commercial success of your business. We have expertise gained over many years in developing commercial, communication and leadership skills based in Trusted Advisor thinking, as well as research and strategy for predominantly business-to-business clients.
We are informal in style but obsessive about our clients. Phil Pratt heads up research and business strategy and Louise Hedges, through PIP, heads up training and coaching. Either Phil or Louise is involved in every project and client case in a hands-on capacity. We also have a hand-picked faculty of associates who have been carefully chosen and developed over the last decade to add further skills, ideas and disciplines to our clients' projects.

How We Work
We respond to the unique circumstances facing each client situation and create customised solutions whether for sales development or management training, business and brand strategy or research. Most of our work is on a project-by-project basis but even with this approach we have been working with most of our clients for many years.
